By accessing or using MyTicketingBooth (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
MyTicketingBooth provides a platform for event organizers ("Organizers") to sell tickets to event attendees ("Buyers"). MyTicketingBooth acts as an intermediary and is not the creator, organizer, or owner of the events listed on the Service.
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
For Organizers: We charge 4% per paid ticket, capped at $2 per paid ticket, and free tickets have no platform fee. The fee is calculated from each admission's actual ticket revenue after discounts. Organizers may choose whether the Organizer or Buyer pays the platform fee and estimated payment-processing fee, subject to availability and applicable law. The selected allocation is disclosed during checkout and does not change the platform fee amount. Payment processing services, organizer payouts, refunds, and payment disputes are provided through the Organizer's connected Stripe account and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. Organizers are responsible for ordinary refund costs, chargebacks, dispute fees, and negative balances assessed by Stripe.
For Buyers: The checkout total includes any mandatory service or payment-processing fees assigned to the Buyer by the Organizer. You agree to pay the disclosed total plus any separately disclosed taxes or optional charges.
Because MyTicketingBooth is a platform for Organizers, refund policies are set by the individual Organizer of each event. An approved full-order refund returns the Buyer's complete payment, including the payment-processing charge. Stripe may not return its original processing fee to the Organizer. Used, fulfilled, or disputed orders cannot be refunded through the standard MyTicketingBooth refund flow.

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
In no event shall MyTicketingBooth, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
